Yesterday Johnny and Klaudio, a comedy webshow, debuted on Screeze during its launch. It was just an introductory episode so its not super insanely funny but you should get a chuckle or two.

Now, the other thing I wanted to talk about is that I’m thinking of making my own little web series. It wouldn’t be a comedy show but maybe the latest in gaming news and some reviews as well as the occasional rant. If I did make it there would probably be an episode about once or twice a week.

The cool place to hang out and chill, Screeze, is finally here!

Sometimes I wish there could just be a place to just chill and hang around with cool people without the pressures of everything going on in life.

Now, im starting this small little rant because I was just a little bewildered after getting a group invite for one of those ‘against the new facebook’ groups by someone who didn’t even use facebook when the old layout was live..
<rant>
Now I don’t use facebook very often like some but I find the layout perfectly fine to do what the site was meant to do.. MEET UP WITH YOUR PAST/CURRENT FRIENDS!
I find no reason for all of these pointless ‘apps’ that do nothing but waste time from when you could be doing something productive. Like all of those bumper stickers, random quiz apps, rating people and so on..
There’s also always people complaining about no way to express yourself like myspace. Now I may be different since I own a website and have the knowledge of html/css and related technologies but I believe there is really no point. Don’t like facebook? Go to myspace, I’d rather not have you on facebook and sending me messages about how you hate it so much. Do me a favor and not use facebook again, k?
Did anyone look at it from the perspective of the site designers? If everyone’s personal page looked different there would be no consistent design that anyone could instantly get the image of facebook on their mind from. It would just be a big random mess..

Now, I know that rant really had nothing to do with the new(kinda old by now) facebook design, its just that when I started thinking about that invite and a little bit of rage went inside of me I started thinking about that. Anyway, from a web designer point of view I like the facebook layout very much =P
